Strengthening of teeth and gums
If I brush slightly faster then 2,3 drops of blood will come from gums so plz suggest some tips for strengthening

Hi,
You dont need to brush too fast maybe you are abrading your gum
Bleeding while brushing is also due to inflammation of gums due collection of plaque and tarter in the gums
