Stray dogs nose touch human skin

I am male from chennai. A stray dog's nose touched my leg I was wearing shorts. I got shocked and screamed and it ran away all of a sudden. I don't know whether it has rabies or anything. My leg has no any wounds or anything. The dog just touched my leg with nose and I don't think it was licking. But I am scared if I get any rabies. Should I concern about it?. No scar, no wound

No need to worry. Rabies spread only via direct contact of fresh saliva in to the wound. In your case you never had those so you will be safe as per your history
