Strange Yellow Spot

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have a strange spot of yellow skin on my left thumb. I haven’t noticed anything else wrong with my skin, I’m just very confused about this spot. If it could be related, I have had kidney infections in the past and I have had cloudy urine recently.
