  4. Strange lump on testicle sack. Issue.

Strange lump on testicle sack
I have recently noticed that there are 2 red lumps on my testicle sack. They are very large and are very sore. I have used cortozone 10 and it did help with the itching, however, the lump and pain has only gotten worse. I am not prescribed to any antibiotics. Just concerned whether it is some type of STI or any other issue.
