Strange and random bouts of weirdness
Me and my brother have this weird thing where we get extremely overcome with this urge to clinch our teeth and make weird noises occasionally. It feels like this wave of energy or hyperness comes over us and we have to release it this way... Not every day but fairly often. Why is that?

Irresistible urge to perform an act is called obsession and involuntary movement with out your knowledge could be a motor tic and those voice production is a verbal tic.This condition is called torrute syndrome. Usually ocd and tic disorder can be present comorbidly.
