Hi,
I was having my periods on regular basis but in last one month I started daily 1 hr workout and noticed my periods gets stopped. It's date was 7th and it's 14 but no indication of same.please suggest me on this. Is this dangerous,shud contact gynecologist or shud I wait for it.

Hi. Less exercise and more exercise both r not good. That give rise to hormone changes. If you r thin built , its very common to happen. Meet gynaecologist if it occurs each cycle.
