Stool Problem - My 2 Month Old Baby Is Not Passing Stool Since 9

My 2 month old baby is not passing stool since 9 days. But he is passing smelly gas sometimes. He is not drinking less milk and sleeping most of the time. Is it normal not to pass motion for 10 days ?
