Stool problem
Dear sir/Madame I don't get pressure in morning due to which the whole day get disturbed and feel like a stomach cramp. What should I do to get a clean stomach in morning ? Do i need to done any test for it ?

High fibre diet ,exercise and adequate fluid intake  for maintaining normal movements For acute condition ,Can try  bisacodyl 5mg at bed time  once In a while Don't  make habit of taking this regularly

you need to have a high fiber diet for you stool problem ..foods like apple, banana, husk , oats all these are good for your bowel habits ..and always drink plenty of water ..don't strain much
