Stool pass after each meal 5 times a day

My son is 2 years old. He pass the stool everytime he eats food. Started with 3 times a day, now it is like 5 times a day. Happening from 20 days. Stool consistency is normal, but it is very little amount everytime. While passing stool, he sometimes feels like spasms. Any medicine like Enterogermina will help? Or please suggest asap.
