Whenever i do shit i feel pain in my anus.the very first stool is very painful.it comes out with blood.

Hello ,I can understand your problem , if there is swelling in anus it could be hemmorids , (piles ) ... This is commonly associated with constipation ,it presents with mild pain . In anal fissure you will experience severe pain with bleeding . Anyhow per rectal examination is required to diagnose ,Consult general physician .
