Stool issue

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had my first blood in Stool moment back to 2018, after which seen nothing but before 2 months again I had seen blood in stool.. For 3 days after which I consulted a gyne she diagnosed as Anal Fissures and gave Anti-haemorroid ointment along with Laxative syrup. After a week I was completely normal. Before this I was even had Constipation but now I don't hav that issue, but yesterday I again had blood in stool. Should I again Consult the Same doc what should I do?
