Or diarrhea .

Doesn't look like diarrhea. We define diarrhea by more than 3 loose watery stools in a day. semisolid stool is nothing to worry about

How old is the child?
Just with picture can’t comment on diarrhoea.
Diarrhoea is watery stool more than thrice daily in older children and thrice more than usual in infants and babies.
