According to the usg ,one stone is inside the kidney in it's lower portion called the lower pole and one is located in the upper part of ureter just below the area where ureter arises from the kidney and this has caused swelling in the kidney. The best treatment for stone clearance for such cases is a pcnl surgery.
Next Steps
get a ct urography ( if kft is normal, otherwise get NCCT kub) and consult an urologist for proper evaluation and management
