Stone right side and stomach pain
Hello Sir/Madam, I'm facing stomach pain right side, I consulted with nearest Dr. And Dr. Prescribe me some test USG Abdomen, Urine Test and X-ray KUB.
As per report he told, there is stone in right side stomach. and suggest medicine for 15 days "Temsukem plus tab". If pain is not gone they will do ct scan and surgery.
Kindly suggest further.
I will attach all prescription and test report

Try your luck hydrate well with 2 to 3 Lt of water ...if not then surgery.

3 mm stone in VUJ on Ultrasound scan will pass out with medical management in about 99% cases and will not need any surgical intervention.
Next Steps
If pain still persists do a CT scan as it is more accurate than ultrasound and may show a stone not detected on initial scan.
