Stone in ureter
Hello doc...!! My usg scan shows 12 mm stone in lower ureter..!! What should i do for it?? Does it require surgery??

Stones less than 4mm  spontaneously fall out More than 10mm least chance of coming out... Plan surgical removal

Mostly 12 mm stone have very least chances of coming out spontaneously ,, endoscopic removal is needed
