Size is 4.4 mm so stone can be passed through ureter. Imo hydrotherapy I.e. drinking lots of water will surely help. In long term diabetic patient kidney function is at already risk so if stone doesn't pass away in near time then without waiting long you should consider lithotripsy or laproscopic surgery. Consult any urologist for more details about treatment and management.
