My mother is diabetic and she has pain and some sort of bubling effect as if something is moving inside her stomach it happened few weeks back now when Doctor prescribed some medicine it was fine but her digestion is poor and she feels nausea and sometimes pain in left abdomen.

It can be Metformin induced, it can diabetic gastroparesis or simply gastritis.
