Sir, I have stone of size 4.9mm in right kidney ,is it is cure by medicine or not?.and another thing I want to asked that is due to stone in right kidney it causes gastric problem and vomiting?

Small Stones in the kidney may remain asymptomatic for long time.it may not be the cause of gastric problem.
Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate(uriliser) mixed with glass of water thrice daily in doses of 15 ml every time helps in treatment of small stone
