Hi Doctor, My mother-in-law( 62 years old) has stone in her gall bladder(Pit kI thaili) and doctor here in Paschim vihar has recommended Operation to remove the gall bladder. As per the doctor its a sleeping stone which is the reason why my mother-in-law doesn't feel any pain, she has Zero symptoms that matches with the Stone patient. However the doctor has advised to go for the surgery as that stone can turned into a cancer.
This is the reason why i am writing to you looking for a 2nd opinion.

Hi , you have not mentioned the size of stone, how ever in asymptomatic gall stone surgery is not recommended, but again depends upon size of stone / any previous history of upper abdominal pain / discomfort / jaundice
