Stomachache
My son is having stomachache since afternoon.had vomiting also.but no loose motion.i gave colicaid.but no releif.pls tell wat else can i give for immedeate releif. He is 5yrs old.wt 20.6kgs

Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

Start with syp Ondem for vomiting.
After that encourage more liquids. Avoid food for today.
Cyclopam for stomach pain.
Light food from tomorrow.
Econorm sachet for 3 days, twice a day.
