Stomach swelling and knots
My stomach has been swelling from my belly button down to the top of my underwear and i havw knots all the way across my pants line. I've had loss of appetite and when i can eat i get full fast. The swelling comes and goes all day every day. It hurts bad and i also hurt in my uterus ill have sharp pains every now and then.. This started about a month ago

Get an ultrasound done for lower abdomen to rule out for any pathology,and take antacids half an hour before meals ,as if it is has it will become fine .
