Usually baby's stomach looks slightly distended.    If it's  happening post feeding it's normal. If it's gradually increasing in size day by day and baby is vomiting repeatedly and tierd please visit the near by pediatrician.

Is  your baby  Exclusively breastfed?? If yes, then most of the breastfeed babies have large stomach due to excess Gases formation. It is normal in newborn babies. One should do adequate burping  immediately after breastfeeding and put the baby upside down approximately 45 minutes after breastfeeding.and do patting over lower back under supervision
