Stomach ache for 3 year old kid

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My 3 year old is crying out of stomach pain everyday for a month. While going motion he is also complaining of stomach pain. We have taken to hospital and done urine test. everything is normal in urine test.

Hi! Is child having constipation? Any particular area is child complaining of pain? Any other symptoms like disturbed sleep / interfering with his daily activities etc. Needs more details and examination of the child to look for cause.
