When i eat spicy food and like beef, dry fruit that creating heat in the body i have see some fresh blood drops in my stool in next morning

It can be hemorrhoids . Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action . Meanwhile , stay  hydrated , avoid spicy , oily food & Maida , increase fibre content of your diet , brisk walking for minimum 30 minutes per day . It can be due to haemorrhoids. You need some lifestyle modification with some medicines. 1. Drink plenty of water 3 litres per day. 2. Have high fibre die 3. Avoid spicy and oily food

Avoid oily and spicy food.Take high fibre diet.Plenty of liquids orally. Consult to rule out cause of bleed and treatment.
