Yes of course its grahani dosha which is called irritable bowel syndrome in allopathy. Use ginger & pepper instead of chilly for pungent taste. Give minimum 6 hrs gap between intake of food. Avoid eating in between including excess use of water.

According to Ayurveda you are suffering from Amlapitta (hyperacidity). Best way is to avoid the cause. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks.
