Stomach pains
My daughter has been having abdominal pain in the lower right abdomen x 6 days. Labs are normal. She has free fluid in her abdomen, when you push and release where the appendix are it hurts her alot. Coughing, laughing, walking make it worse. Her lymph nodes on the right side of her abdomen are enlarged. She had ultrasound that said her appendix cannot be visualized. CT scan says appendix cannot be identified. No fever. Diarrhea and nausea x 6 days. What is wrong? Bowels are not obatructed. Gall
