Stomach pains
I’m having diarrhea and sharp pains in the upper middle of my stomach me down the middle to my belly button. The pain comes and goes about every ten minutes and it started thurs morning.

You're having abdominal cramping where the muscles are in spasm. I would advise you to have ORS so that you stay hydrated while having loose stools. The following steps may help: - Stay hydrated, aim to drink 3 liters of water per day - Use a hot water bag over the abdomen which will give you some relief and gently massage the abdomen and lower back. - Have a liquid diet of soups and juices and slowly increase the consistency based on how you can tolerate it. - Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food. - Aletrnate between ORS and normal water and stay hydrated. If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest
