Stomach pains and spotting blood
Have had rather intense stomach pains/ cramps for last 10 hours on and off. Shaking, hot and cold and occasional bouts of heavy sweating. Also have mild pain in testicles and while unable to have a poo after cramps I have wiped and it is slightly moist and has a red tinge

Hello well I would suggest you to meet a General Surgeon as a you tell that the symptoms are severe it quite possible that you are suffering from some infection so please meet a doctor in person first so that we can examine you hope you understand thank you
