Wife is having lot of pain during 1st day of periods. Any particular reason. Is there any deficiency in her body?

Pain during menses is common and everyones response to it is differnt .if her pain is incapacitating get her checked  might be some pelvic pathology Give her meftal spas v n  try hot bags for comfort .
