Stomach Pain Ultrasound shows septation
My father had sudden stomach pain few days ago. We did ultrasound, It Shows few fine line of septation in pelvic region along with echogenic thickend mesentry.
LIPId test showing high GGT 161.
He drinks a lot,almost daily.
What are the treatment and medicine for this.

There is a suspicion of intra abdominal infection.
Possibility of tuberculosis also is there.
A contrast ct scan may be needed. And some other tests etc.
