Stomach pain (ulcer)
I am suffering from stomach pain for a year,whenever I eat any thing oily, spicy or too heavy ,it's start paining.in my stool test traces of blood was found,but my endoscopy report was ok,my ultrasound report was ok, but still I am suffering from same issue,doctor was unable to tell the reason .and whenever there is slight change in my food my stool test shows traces of blood.
1-what should I do?

2- which test would give accurate result
cect whole abdomen test
Or CT triple phase abdomen test.
Please give answer of both pt.

Endoscope may have some findings please share it.
May be duodonitis or Gastritis.
Other small intestinal causes also possible
