My wife have one side stomach pain...just below belly...and she has regular back pain...we are not planned fr a baby. She fears is this the symptom fr pregnancy. please oblidge.

Hi, the first symptom of pregnancy is overdue periods. Does she have that. An easy way to check is take home pregnancy test in Urine. Rest of her complaints may or may not be related
