Stomach Pain - My Wife Has Stomach Pain And Urine Infection

My wife has stomach pain and urine infection since 5 months now. Sometimes blood comes with urine. She is taking alkasol and she had been treated for this infection 5 months ago but the problem keeps repeating. What should I do?
