Please visit to pediatrician near by... he will elicit type and pattern of pain ... Spasmodic, burning etc and bowel and bladder habbit..
He may advise Urine RM and usg abdomen
if this is due to constipation then more fibre food, toilet training will help you.. use medicine like PEG/lactulose after proper prescription only.
