Stomach pain, dehydration & motion issue
Hi doctor Des day I am facing digestion problem, I am having motion problm from last 3-4 days, I take alcohol almost daily. From last two days I m having stomach pain and motion issue. My sgpt and sgot levels are quit high. I am still facing pain in stomach when I put pressure to ensure pain. Is there is any requirement for ultrasound or so. Kindly suggest. Thanks

Please Do sonography of abdomen Send me report Meanwhile take Tab diarex by Himalaya 2 three times a day Tab pan D 1 on empty stomach Tab meftal spas 1 twice a day Cap Bifilac hp 1 Twice a day All for 3 days

[ ] Altered Liver function , typically the liver enzymes dearrangement is seen in many conditions.This mostly happen if there is any other ineffective pathology already present in the body. SGPT/ SGOT also raised in Alcoholic / non Alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). A through evaluation needed which includes a Ultrasound of abdomen, Hepatic viral profile ( Hepatitis B and C typically). Get evaluated and this is reversible. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this.
Next Steps
Stop alcohol. location of pain if id's in upper part then may be due to gastritis.
