My daughter is 3yr old and since two days she is telling I have stomach ache and she vomits whatever she has,I gave cyclopean but no help. The lease suggest me what to do ?

Stomach ache vomit. Looks like stomach infection. Other factors need to be considered like localisation of pain. Any guarding tenderness in any abdominal segment. Whether associated with fever or not etc. Suggest the child to be shown to nearest pediatrician and follow accordingly. Regards.
