  4. Stomach pain and foot pain. The issue?

Stomach pain and foot pain
It has been 5 days my periods are over ( started on 29th june), from 2 days i am expierencing pain in my lower abdomen and lower body till feet. This kind of pain happens with me before and during periods. But now my periods are over and pain is till there and making it very uneasy for me. There is little white discharge also from 2 days along with feeling of vomit sensation. Please guide me exactly what must be the issue?
