Stomach pain and flu
My 8 years old kid had got pressed by a seat belt in dashing car 4 months back and during play it got pressed tightly to his abdomen .now from past 1 week he complains of fever stomach pain and vomiting .is that causing him the problem.will there be a need to take any test for it.what can be the issue the paediatrician told it's just viral flu causing him this.

Pain is unlikely due to injury as it would be maximum in the beginning and decrease later. Pain in abdomen is quite common in children at this age. Follow your pediatrician instructions. Consult with him again or take a second opinion

If the seat belt had caused and injury it would have caused problem sooner. Now it just appears to be an infection causing
