Stomach not clear
Since Tuesday I have fever and headache due to heavy cold whether. After that on taking paracetamol 650mg, now there is no fever. But now the issue on stomach is still persist. It is not getting clear properly and everytime it feels full.
So now what should be taken as food and what should be avoided. Sometimes it feels that vomiting will make feel better.
