  4. Stomach issues. What shud i do?

Since 3 weeks I feel heaviness in stomach n chest... I feel tired n dizzy.. I feel gas is trapped inside which I find difficult to pass. I am eating medicines but not getting better.. I had usg abdomen which showed fatty liver changes grade 1.. doc said rest all fine- no swelling anywhere... What shud I do?? I had endoscopy 2 years ago as I have gerd since long n it was okay

Stress can be an issue...try to do regular exercise n eat high fiber diet n avoid spicy n junk food..
