Stomach issue

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Im took abortion pills from 2days( 3:3 = 6tabelts in a day for 2days ) and 2tablets are inserted before this oral course.. it's bleeding very little and Iam getting dangerous stomach ache and motions but not in abdominal stomach... abdominal pain is not at all there!
