Stomach Erection
I have been facing problem by increase in stomach size. This is due to heavy sitting in office. Please suggest a way to lose it down.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello.... So you are saying you are obese, then you have to reduce your weight... If your work load is less manage diet according to your work load... Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)
