Stomach discomfort
Last 3-4 days i m feeling very hungry, after having breakfast within 2 hr i feel hungry, dis is happening throught the day, even early mrng arnd 4:30 my sleep breaksup due to hunger, dis feeling is accompanied with discomfort in stomach in centre region near lower ribs, when i eat sumthng wether more or less still feel hungry but discomfort in stomach vanish away, but it is throught the day not all tym but sometime. Rest all activities r normal . I have the habit of eatng small meals in interval of 3 hrs but dis hungerfeeling is sumthng unusual .also feel stomach has bloated , feeling tight heavy stomach.

try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists

As you are having frequent small meal, it is good practice amd continue to do that. For abdominal discomfort and feeling of bloating, it is due to acidity. So take plenty of water atleast 2.5 - 3 litres. If you are constipated take 2 tabs of purgolax in d night. For gas you can have pan 40 mg first thing in d morning. Get back again if any more is required
