I have been suffering from somach burning past two days exactly near by ribs and but pain in it what is the exact problem

You are suffering from acute  gastritis.  Take pantaprazole 40 mg before breakfast for a day or two. Avoid spicy and oily food.  If there is no relief then consult a doctor.
