Stomach burn
While I eat spicy food it causes stomach burn and bloating.and causes burps and acidity feeling.kinda of like acid reflux

These are signs of Gastritis. Inflammation of stomach walls. It needs proper treatment.
Next Steps
avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
