Stomach bloating problem
I have Acid reflux and bloating. Always feel bloated, but no pain. I have blood tests, ultrasound, upper GI endoscopy, CECT abdomen all reports normal. Few days I feel good and after few days again  I get problem like constipation, bloating. I taking Thyronorm 50 for hypothyroidism. Usually I was prescribed meds like Pan d, and probiotics which gives relief. Can it be fixed for longer term. I do alot of exercise, don't eat junk food, no smoking or alcohol habits. Is it safe to take digestive enzymes like lupizyme or unienzyme?

Enzymes are okay. But Pan will not help you anymore. You need one New drug which we prescribe nowadays. After taking that medicine for 2 weeks, you will be fine for long time
