From past few months I am facing stomach bloating. Bloating is so much that it looks like few months pregnant. I don't eat any fried or outside stuff. I do regularly yoga. No gas or acidity problem. Please advice, how to get rid of this bloating.

Hello... Life style modification is the answer..
1= Eat High Fiber Diet
2= 1/2hr Brisk walk after Dinner
3= 2 hrs gap betwn Dinner n Sleep
4= Eat Fruits, Drink plenty of Fluids
5= Avoid Cola, Tea, Coffee
