Asked for Female, 40 Years

My wife have undergone a liver funcation test recently and her SGOT level came to 98.8 and SGPT level came to 123.8 which is above the normal level. I wish to know is this really a matter of concern for me and my wife and do started medicine i.e. Nexpro Fast-40 with Levazeo-25 after meal twice a day with Udiliv-300 and Rifagut-400 before meal twice a day with consultation of my doctor for the same. Also what reason can be some thing different? And woried about it. please tell me.

The liver enzymes are SIGNIFICANTLY high. This may be because of fatty liver. Grade of fatty liver need to be evaluated. Other digestive SYMPTOMS may be because of other causes like gastritis, ibs etc.
