Stomach ache
My daughter 4 year old have stomach ache for 1 min after drinking water says fine it happen once in a day. We did urine and stool test report are normal what we need to do please suggest?

It could be just gas.
Is she dewormed?
Give her 10ml of syrup albendazole once a day at night before going to sleep for 2 days.
Then give he 10ml of syrup Rinifol twice a day for 5 days to clean her gut.
When she gets pain, she can take half a tablet of cyclopam.
If pain persists or worsens, please visit the nearest Paediatrician

Maam do urine routine micro .. watch for report if any infection then start treatment according to syrup cefixime or inj ceftriaxone
