My child has been complaining of stomach ache since 1 day. We assumed it is digestion related so gave him Digene twice(3.5ml). However he is still having pain. Can I give him Zenitel now just incase it is relating to worms. Thanks

Generally speaking children develop pain abdomen after either some infection or constipation or food allergies. Worm infestation hardly ever painful, so zentel is not going to help. Give hot fomentation , if it continues, Consult your Paediatrician.
